Corrective Action Activities

Corrective Action Activities are known by many names, including Remedial Designs, Assessments of Corrective Measures, Corrective Action Plans, etc.

After defining the nature and extent of impacts during the assessment phase of a project, AEM personnel evaluate alternative methods suitable for mitigating the impacts. As experienced engineers and geologists, we are able to think outside the box to develop site-specific, economical solutions.

Our focus on regulator relations allows us more flexibility in designing corrective measures to minimize costs to our clients.

Expert Witness Testimony

Advanced Environmental Management personnel are experts in the solid waste field and often called on to provide expert witness testimony.

Post-closure uses of a landfill must be approved by the regulators. In this case, regulators were not consulted until after the fact. This led to a long series of costly negotiations. AEM helps owners work with the regulators to minimize expenses.
